Long Term Contract (Per Head/month billing) – have an extension or satellite office at a fraction of the cost. We will provide the office space and equipments and hire and maintain the team of Engineers you require. This team will exclusively work for your company without the employer-employee relationship. You will simply be billed a flat rate per person / month and not worry about the extra cost of benefits, labor cases, training and management.
This model is recommended for companies who are in constant need for Design, Estimates and Drafting Services. For starters, if you hate refusing or passing on project opportunities, then we are your solution. With us, preparing bids for projects, do not have to be expensive.
This model is perfect (and will be cheaper than the “per project basis”) if you feel that you can utilize and maximize the service of each personnel we will hire. There will be no delays due to the going back and forth of proposals and counter proposals. No negotiation burdens on the cost of each service or project to be done. Furthermore, unlike the “per project basis” where you have to pay the agreed contract price even if it was not completed due to your fault, with this model you can stop the project at any time and proceed to the next. |
